Help! I hate me!?!


Question: Help! I hate me!!?
I know this sounds silly but I've got to such a point where I dont like me very much!. I am a 23 yr old, stay at home girlfriend and full time online uni student!. Im over weight and dont like my appearance!. I dont study as much as I should and I would hardly consider my self a perfect girlfriend!. I know I can be so much more but for the life of me I just cant seem to make myself pull up my socks!. Oviously I need to change my life I just dont know how!? Any help would be greatly apreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

focus on the good things about yourself!.!.!.sense of humor, excellent cook, good person to go shopping with, etc!. Write out a list, and whenever you think any bad thoughts, look at that list!. If you are having trouble thinking of ways to get all your good qualities, ask anyone, not just your friends!. Neighbors, mail man, grocery store clerk, anyone!. I'd recommend a healthy diet and exercise!. It's not going to solve everything but it'll help with a lot!. You'll lose weight and feel better, have more energy!.!.!. then you'll have to apply that energy to improve your life!.

Start off simple, take a long walk in the morning, every morning!. Start snacking on fruits and vegetables instead of junk food!. And stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a list of all the way you want to change yourself, and promise yourself that every month (or every week if you feel your up to it), your going to change something about yourself, and don't be too hard on yourself, give it time, wanting to do it is the important bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do need a change, but it has to start from within!. Maybe you are feeling isolated!. You might want to take at least one class in an actual classroom!. Interact with people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start with exercise, studies show exercise raises your emotional state, self-esteem (which u apparently need badly), and overall moral!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need motivation and support!. just get out and go after some of your smaller goals in life to help you reach your long term ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
