It's hard for me to relax, as I have anxiety, but to relax, I have a bath!. I light some candles and use bubble bath, maybe put some relaxing music on!. It doesn't matter if your a man or woman, a bath can relax anyone!.
Also, another way is to lie on the sofa, once again with candles and music and just lay there!.
Maybe try yoga, or meditation, you can get CD's to help!.

first!. find i place were you feel very comfertable!. it does not matter if its quiet or not!. breath slowly!. picture a cndle in your mind and watch the flame move!. then imagine qwaves in your mind going back and forth slowly takeing away all your worrys and cares!. then listen to your breathing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Light some candles and have a bath!. Use a body scrub to relieve tension and massage your arms and legs!. Drink some chamomile tea!. Its great after a stressful day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
