Will it go away?!


Question: Will it go away!?
Im very introverted, shy, and quiet!. I don't know why!.!.!. i just don't really like being around people much, its almost intimidating to me!. I used to really hate myself for that =(
and i'm scared that it will never go away, is it something i have to work on, or will it just go away with time!?

P!.S, i started having panic attacks about a year or two ago, does this have something to do with the above!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i would do in your position, is make 1 best best best friend that you can trust with everything and tell everything to!.
and basically stick with that one person!.!.!.
and gradually, over time, start hanging out with his/her friends!.
and make new friends!.

Yes it will go away!. Think positive and if you have a trusted friend you can relate it is all the better!.I used to be very shy, not very outgoing also!. Afraid of my own shadow so to speak!. I put my trust and faith into practice with a very good friend!.They also have some very good mental health workers that can help allot also!.I went to college, got a degree in Nursing, which really help me gain confidence in myself!.I reached out to others and gained control over my life!. I agree with the Queen above!. You and I were once one and the same!. I started to change for the more "outgoing" once I got a job in the food industry, and even more once I became a full time waitress!. You've got to put yourself in situations where you're forced to interact with people!. I still hate doing it, but I do enjoy that I'm not terrofied of it anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your probably forcing yourself into having panic attacks!. I would just start slow and make myself socialize more!. Start slow!. Go walk around the mall or something to where your putting yourslef out and around crowds of people!. Do that for a few weekends!. Then move beyond that!. Make eye contact with people and smile!. After a while!.!.!.your confidence will be built up and you will be happy go lucky and will never understand what your deal was tp begin with!!

I agree with both of them, you should start slowly, like try to helping someone with some stuff, working as a volunteer could help also, and about the panic attacks could be cause the lack of interact with other people, we usually are scared about we don't understand or know how to act toWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should try getting something!. it seems something is missing in your life!. do you have a strong relationship with God!? I would advise it [: i felt like a hole was filled when i accepted God!.
