IF you have a room of your own, go and put some headphones on and listen to music when they fight, argue!. IF that doesn't work or none is available if you have friends at school or otherwise, call and make plans to get out for a time!. You need to have a stress break from the sound of it!.IF you don't have any friends in your area see what you can join after school and use that to get out of that environment!. Getting away for a while can and will help!. Even if you go to the library if one is near by or a mall to walk around a while!. Try it and see if that doesn't help and hit home it's negative there to your mom by her seeing you go out alot more then!. Go to a park or take a walk in your area outside if warm out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't blame you acting out and being angry
you both need to move out , maybe get some financial help from the government
you could also get a part time job
don't stay there much longerWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's definitely going to have a very negative affect on your mental health!. Anger causes stress, no doubt!. It is a vicious cycle, why do they fight constantly!? Isn't there somewhere else you can stay, even if it's with friends!? Or another family member!? So sorry, that sounds horrible!. :( Have you ever tried talking to them both about this!? If you do, remember when one person is angry or stressed, then everyone else will get streessed/angry too, so if you try & talk to them in a calm reasonable manner maybe you'll get somewhere!. Your best bet though, would be probably to get a job, & get the hell out of there asap!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really feel for you!. I went through this when I were younger!. Don't worry!. Life will get better!.If you feel you need to talk to someone try either a teacher, doctor or an helpline!. The first thing you need to do is talk about this to someone!. Can you move in with granparents, auntie, uncle or another family member!. If you can talk to friends try doing this!. You need to talk to someone around you so they're aware of what's going on!. You don't deserve to live like this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
