How to stop thinking about someone?!

Question: How to stop thinking about someone!?
I lost a friend really important to me!.!.!. and I feel guilty like it's my fault and I just miss him a lot!. But I don't think he's coming back or will ever talk to me again!. I keep thinking about him before I sleep, first thing when I wake up, and throughout the day!. I also dream about him sometimes and have problems sleeping!.

How do I make it go away!? As much as I care about him this is torturing me!. I can't talk to him cause he won't listen to me and is very mean!. I've done stuff like try not to think about him, keep busy, write an "apology" letter he'll never read, let him go in my mind, etc!.!.!. NOTHING HELPS!. He was my close friend for 3 years and it's hardly getting better with time!. I think I got over the guilt part, I don't really care whose fault it is anymore I JUST MISS HIM and care about him so much!. What do I do!?!? =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to let this person go!. obviously, he is not listening to you!. i lost many firends the same way you did and could not retreive happiness!. you have to realize, 'hey, im not gonna care about this in like a year or whatever, so why should i be worrying about this now!?"!. if this person doesnt care ,then screw it, ok!? you just have to realize life isnt always gonna be fair and give you the easy way out!. besiddes, everytime this has happened to me (probably like at least 13 times) this person always come crawaling back in a slow way, like barely saying anything to me, or whatever!. still care about the person of course, just show you dont realyl care, and it all works out!. if it doesnt, it doesnt!. just know that this person has to have some worry about you, even if it seems absoutely impossible which it probably does to you!. just keep caring and stop tearing yourself over this if it really seems hopeless!. do the above and see what happens!.

have a nice day!.

The lines between love, infatuation and obsession are very thin!. It may not seem like it now, but it will pass, but not totally!. In time it will be a memory and the memory of him may be a pleasant one!. I speak from experience, I have been there several times!. Like all things, It will pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to keep yourself busy with your other friends!. Keep your mind occupied on other things so that he doesn't come to mind!. Avoid doing things that may remind you of him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone has fualts - start focusing on his faults!. In seeing the negative about him it will allow you to not like/hate him and then move on without him!. Try it and see!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll never forget about someone you care about that much, it's not humanly possible!. In fact, I'd hate waking up one morning and not remembering such a huge part of my life!. It's okay to remember him, just continue living!. Love life and create more memories you'll cherish as you get older, learn to love new people, travel (whether it's around the world or down the street to Gelson's), remember but move on!. No one knows what life will throw at us next!.!.!.You may be thinking about something else sooner or later!. Be patient!. And enjoy the wait!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
