Why am I worried all the time?!


Question: Why am I worried all the time!?
As soon as I sort out one problem, I get worried again because I always feel as if I've forgotten about something and I'm going to get into trouble!. I come off as quite laid back!. But in the back of my mind I'm always worried!. What is wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Worry is an attitude which is learnt!. You can unlearn anxiety and worry by being more spiritual, Ask yourself just one question!.!.!.!.!.By worrying, will it make a difference!? 99% of the time it will not make a scrap of difference!. Be satisfied, dont lust after 'things' and be aware that you are part of the universe and not detatched from it!. I dont know you, but both you and I connected by one simple thing!.!.!.!.oxygen!. Remember we are creatures of the universe and we are here to explore the very limits of our tallents!. If we were to all realise this simple fact we would have no time to worry!.
