When I was younger my uncle got pissed at me and was screaming at me and my cousins "because we were making too much noise" his show is so important ya know!.!.!.sigh!.!.!.anyway he ran after me and grabbed me and i hit my head in the process and it was just bad in every way!. the family hasn't been the same!. it bothers me!. anyway a couple of days ago a guy at my job went crazy!. he was pisSed all day!. i swear he had no business there with the way he felt!. he kept eating like a dirty pig too "so i have a heart attack and end it all" is what he said!. so his coworkers!.!.1 being my mom tried to calm him down!. he took it the wrong way and literally exploded!. screaming throwing things!. cursing!. i of course was shaking and crying!. it was so bad!. i went outside 4 like an hour!. i still wasnt calm!. then on top of that the boss came back yelled and fired him!. now hes blaming my mom!. im so scared!. he's really mentally ill!. i wish non of this happened! i can't stop thinking of it!. im pissed and sad and allWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would defiantly see a therapist to help you work out all the unresolved issues that you have from your previous abuse!. Sounds like you are also depressed, there are antidepressants out there that really do help, and make a huge difference in your quality of life!. See someone, and I guarantee you, you will feel so much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try to calm dow!. Your mom doesn't wannt you to worry!. We all have experiences in life that sometimes come back to us!.If this individual harasses you!. notify your local law enforcement!. We can't go through life being scared!.if all else fails find another jobWww@Answer-Health@Com
