Question: My sister is nervous!?
soo, in september my sister (11yrs old) is going to secondary school, so she's been asking me A LOT of questions about: "What if I get lost!?" or "I don't have any friends in there!?" or "What happens if I get told off!?" and all that!. Anyway, I've never seen her so interested in school and stressed also soo nervous!.!.!.!.!.Any good advice to calm her down would be soo grateful!.

continue to give warm advice like someone has already said!. Plus, tell her all the ppl there won't know either so it will be a great way to go up to a group and start talkinng and laughing at the situation that they are in!. get her to see the positive that she will meet new ppl ect!. get her out and about doing activites ect to boost her confidence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah bascially keep reassuring here!. Maybe remind her of when you moved up and tell her how it isn't as bad as it seems! Remind her she will be with friends and there are always teachers she can see if she needs help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
