Dear J!. Robles,

In order to say something, it must first show up in the form of a thought!. You are probably just unconscious of these thoughts dribbling out of your mouth!.

The key is to become more conscious of what you're thinking!. You yourself used the words 'my talking dozes off' it's not your talking - its your thinking!. You must be in autopilot as you simply say things!. If you begin to study yourself more intensely and your thoughts - at first you'll be a little more 'self conscious' of what you're saying and how you're saying it - this might be a little uncomfortable at first but eventually when you notice that you're saying all the right things and your words are no longer 'dozing off' your newfound competence will become unconscious again and you can turn your consciousness to other activities because your communication can now effectively run on autopilot!. This is how the conscious and subconscious work together!. First the conscious gets it right and then the subconscious takes over so the conscious can focus on something else!. But most people have it backwards - they let the subconscious do the heavy lifting and they never exert the effort necessary for proper conscious functioning!.
