Question: Peole i really need help can some1 help me !?
ok heres me problem i cant seem to be happy!.I am 17 and should be looking forward to life i am starting uni in sept and shud be happy but im not i used to be so bubbly and confident and now im withdraen n depressed all of the time!.I dont know why that is does any 1 know if i can buy something to get me out of depression n help me be happy n look 4ward to life !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Believe me when i say medication is not the answer!. You need to get back out with your friends, go an socialise and talk to them about going to Uni!. Or if you know what Uni your going to ask a question on here to say "whos starting ______ in sept!?" That way you can make some friends and plans before you go!.

I found that i got extremely emotional before Uni and i think it was because i was doubting myself and everything to do with Uni!. But i was so wrong because im havnig the time of my life, and im sure you will too!!

Dont be sad, you must be very intelligent to get into Uni!. Dont waste your talent by letting your emotions control you!

I am sorry you are having a hard time!. You should see a doctor chances are you just have depression!. Otherwise something in your life is causing yout to be depressed, you need to find what it is and fix it otherwise it will never get better!. Try working out, eat omega 3 fatty acid supplements, and get 30 minutes of sunshine each day that is the healthy alternative cure to helping depression for people who do not want to buy the medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh bless you!. Go and see your GP!. He may give you something to help you get out of the rut you seem to be in at the moment!. You need to be well for Uni, because the pressure of that alone will not help!. You're body is changing all the time!. Have you got someone you can talk too, your mum, nan, best friend!. depression should be diagnosed and treated by a professional!.
sometimes they will do a combination of therapy and drugs!. but when it comes down to it, therapy is the most effective way to treat your depression
and underneath it all, you just need to figure out what it is that is bringing you down!. once you figure that out, you can decide how to overcome that problem and move on with your lifeWww@Answer-Health@Com

I just bet you are a girl!. Nothing wrong with that but you are showing a classic example of girl syndromes!. Fear of the unknown!. Well,look, lovie, there is no pill you can take!. University is just like school!. The only difference being is that at school you were a pupil and supervised!. At uni!. you become a student and you are not supervised!. You are credited as being a responsible adult!.

All you have to do is prove to yourself that is what you are!.

Now, may I suggest in the meanwhile that you get onto Answers and start typing questions and answers and use your spell checker!. Your own spelling is atrocious, you know!. You can improve on that during the next three months, can't you!?

Set about spending at least one hour per day on writing and your English expression and getting your spelling correct!. time well spent on yourself!.

Enjoy university!. Get your assignments submitted on time and keep up to date with your courses!. You will love it!. have fun, but work comes first!. That's all!. you have nothing to to be apprehensive about!. You will make many new wonderful friends!. there is only one person at university that you have to please -- you yourself!. Look at all the positive things of your life and how much you really do have to look forward too!.!.It is normal to have a bit of depression when you are a teenager!.So don't worry about it but just remember things always get better and if you sit around moping or try to end things!.!.then you will miss out on some of the best times you have ever had!.Go out be a teen and enjoy the time you have ^_^

The fact of the matter is you are happy but you are also nervous!. By you being nervous drives you to be less confident and scared!. You just have to know you should be fine!. You always have a place to go to if it doesn't work out so just try to look at all the good that will come from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i think i should find someone who u can trust and sit down and let them know how u feel a close relative or a good friend i know cause i have been down and out for most of my life and im 31 years old and somtimes i feel down buti look at life positive so think postive your young go have fun enjoy life dont sit around and let ur life passs u buy go shoppin go to movies hang out with ur girlfriends you will see a change in ur mood and ur innerself take careWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is a stage of life you are going through!. Hormone changes, growing into an adult is scarry too!. Don't worry you are not alone!. I would seek help with you Dr!. before it gets more out of control!. You have your whole life ahead of you to look forward to!. University, career, girlfriends, family!.

I'm 39 turning 40, scarry for me hitting the BIG 40!. Another stage in life for me too!.!.
