Question: Any suggestions on coping skills for when you're just overwhelmed!?
Meditation, relaxation skills, etc!.--anything that involves being still won't work too well for me, btw!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i feel overwelmed by something, i find i can release it by exercising!.!.!.kick boxing is a good one!.!.!.i am the same, i can do anything that envolves staying still, it doesnt release anything for me!.!.!.a good workout will help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find valerian, a herbal supplement helps with my anxiety (taken according to the suppliers directions) and exercise is a great way to let off steam!. I love to crank up some 'pick me up' music (personal anthems that make me feel empowered) on my ipod and go for a walk outside or if the weather's bad/ its night time, I find a private space and dance around for 20 minutes!. Light exercise helps to improve mood by releasing endorphins, your body's natural feel good chemical!.

I also talk to a counsellor or my mum/another trusted sympathetic figure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some Xanax or Valium, and rail some oxycodone!. Weee relaxation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
