First of all, Fcuk your family- they have no idea whats going on in your head, and no idea what it feels like to always have to hide away, just try to ignor them!.My family do the same and saying its all for attention, when there really is something wrong with me!. i do the same when showering, and i have to close the curtains all the time and crouch down on the floor when im getting dressed because i think people are watching!.!. i know what you mean, it pi$$es you off! Go to your doctor by yourself, and arange to see a counselor if you feel up to it!. i know is hard when people dont believe you or make fun of you!. if you think there is something wrong with you, stick with the thought- nobody else can feel what you feel or knows whats goin on in your head so dont let them change your mind!. the best thing to do is talk to someone!.
Hope the above advice helps!.

Try seeing a therapist, they can help you discover what started the paranoia!. In the mean time, start deep breathing exercises and meditation to help you relax!. Also, if you are drinking caffeine or taking anything with caffeine in it, stop doing that, as it can make paranoia worse!. Other medications can do the same thing!. Also, get plenty of sleep!. That can make a huge difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is something that you need to talk to a professional about as soon as possible!. It's possible to treat OCD and the obsessive thoughts that go along with it, but it's not something you can do alone!. If you're in school, go to a counselor -- if you're on your own, talk to your regular doctor or the local mental health center!.

There's help out there, and I wish you all the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really don't mean to sound rude or anything, but you could go to a psychologist ect to talk about it, and maybe you could get a medication at least for a while!.!. Does the so called paranoia occur anywhere besides your family!? You could also talk to them about it and ask how they feel about that!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that paranoia is a symptom of mental illnesses like OCD, Bipolar, ect!. try talking with a psychiatrist to discuss medication options or altering any current prescriptions you're on at the moment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
