you do know it's okay to ask for help!? My dear, lots of people suffer from depression!. It's not something you have to be ashamed about!. You can ask for help, and sometimes people need help with dealing with it!. Depression is an illness, it's as real as chicken pox or a cold!. And it can be as serious as cancer if you don't get it under control!. I have suffer with depression for years, I don't want to scare you, but I want to be truthful with you!. Some people can have it for a week, a month, or a year!.!.!.and then be perfectly fine!. I have a more severe case!. My way of dealing with things is this!.!.!."It could be worse"!. One of the doctors I went to said, I shouldn't say that, but you know what he does live in my body, he doesn't think like I do, and he doesn't know that some days it's all I can do to get out of bed!.

I can always look around me, and see someone in worse shape than I am!. It's possible for everyone to do this!. I have to still kick myself in the butt some mornings to get out of bed, and to be honest, some days I don't!. But I make myself function, I push myself!. And you know what, I am glad I do!. I would have missed alot of good things if I stayed under the covers!. I only allow myself 1 day a month now, to play hookie on life!. At the beginning it was more, but now I can make through most days, weeks, and one day I will make the whole month without using my "sick day"!.

Some people say don't do the drugs, well I do take a anti-depression pill!. I will take the pill every morning, thanking God that he let them be discovered!. You might can get through this without it, and I pray that you do, but if not, then it doesn't hurt to ask for something!. Start a journal, thats a good idea!. Take up a new hobby, learn something new, take a night course, get out and go places!.!.!.even you just go window shopping!.

Put on some nice clothes, some make up and go grab a coke with a friend!. Go to the library there are some really good books out there for depression!. I use answers as my outlet right now, and it's helps me to help others!. So, please please don't be afraid, u can get through this, I promise!.

well there's lots of ways to just release stress if that all your problem is, but if you really are depressed and imbalanced!. theres lots of medication out there, one that I've seen work is zoloft!. my friend had anxiety disorder and when he was off the medicine he'd cry at school all the time but on the medicine he was totally fine!. definitely ask your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How can you realize the problem when you have an illness!?

1) Realize that we live in hell and things could be worse!.!.i!.e!. china's massive earthquake,Iowa's massive tornadoes that killed thousands, Iceland's massive earthquake!.

You never controll it!.
I used to cut myself daily!. It gives me an incredable release!. But eventually I got sick of all the questions about the cuts and scars!.
At school I had good friends who got perfect scores, I played sport, parents weren't devorced!. Life should be great but I still loved to cut!. I have no idea why other then the rush!.
Was i depressed!? Is anyone really depressed!? Is it just life and some people make a bigger deal out of things!.
Whats bugging you!? try to put things in prospective!. Is it really that bigger issue that you cant say ''I'm above all this"!.

Try to do the things that you enjoy doing!.
Some people like to read books in the toilet!.
Some people like to climb stairs while waiting for trains
Some like to walk to shopping centers

anti-depressants prescribed by a medicine specialist/therapist!. if you would prefer to stay medicine free, like myself, then go to therapy just to talk about your problems!. or join a therapy group and talk to other people your age who are going through the same problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's serious (might be a mental disease) go to the dr!.!. (serious would mean if you have the urge to kill yourself)!. If it's not, good way to handle it is to talk to someone!. Someone you trust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to learn how to delete the bad things from your mind, get out of the house and hang out with the people who love you!. eat some chocolate, it works :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
