Question: Scared to stay home alone!?
a while ago my house was broken into and someone was hurt!.
i cant stay home alone anymore!.!.or atleast not past midnight!.!.even though we have deadbolts and a lock im soo scared!.!.i even have to sleep with earplugs so i dont hear sounds in the night

:( Oh I'm sorry to hear that, thats like my worst nightmare! I would go stay at my parents/inlaws until I felt better, but also you could get a dog, a big barky protective dog!. I have a cat and he hears everything, I kind of like it! My friend is a psychology graduate and she says you might look into therapy to work through your feelings!. I'm not all about that, but she said to tell you, lol!. Sorry dear, I hope you get through it! I guess maybe you could move too, I don't know where you live but even just being in a different place might help make the fear go away a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
