Whats going on with me???!


Question: Whats going on with me!?!?!?
Lately ive been feeling like nothing matters, like im alone in a crowded room!. I listen to sad music and i start crying when go to school i feel like everyone knows who they are and im still wating to find "me" like everyone has the perfect life and im just going through hell!. I dont talk to my friends as much as i use to!. Im losing friends bc of it!. Idc about school!. I might even get kicked out of school!. I am failing all my classes!. sometimes i get chest pains and can barley breath!. I feel worthless like im NOTHING!. I feel very hot in a cold room!. I cry easily!. Fight with everyone i talk to!. My friend even told me this the other day " Whats been up with you Jessica you havent been yourself lately you use to laugh at everything and crack jokes all the time now!.!.!.!. you!.!.!.!. dont whats up!?" I dont know whats wrong with me but i feel fat and stupid annoying weird and everyone hates me and yes i have suicidal thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey Jess - I know exactly how you feel!. I have been diagnosed with depression, and it's definitely no fun!. I know that no matter how hard you try, it seems impossible to think "positively" most of the time!. Everyone makes it sound so easy, but that's because they are not suffering from depression themselves! Depression is a treatable mental condition and there are several options to get help (I am speaking from personal experience)!. One option is to take medication (it doesn't take much) and it is generally an instant cure: you will feel like a completely different person and will notice that you are suddenly able to communicate with all of those friends of yours in ways you never could before!. The main downside to medications, however, is that they may be masking an underlying, "fixable" problem that could be causing the depression in the first place!. So, although you feel good, you are only putting a band-aid on the problem and this creates a dependency on the medication!. This is perfectly fine, but your other alternative would be to see a professional in the mental health field, such as a psychologist, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist!. Rather than take medication, you may be able to find out what is causing your depression and fix the problem at its root!.

I have thought about suicide, too!. But you know what, as depressed as I get sometimes, there are too many beautiful experiences in life to take this path!. It's natural to think about suicide when you're depressed, but when you find something beautiful in your life that you love so much (whatever that is) you realize that this is your one chance to be conscious to experience that gratitude and affection for whatever it is that you love!. One last word of advice: don't let men take advantage of your vulnerable position (this is coming from a guy who knows how guys think!)!. do you still remember when did you start being like this!? i suggest you to evaluate every problems you had!.!.!. if there wasn't something wrong, you CANNOT be depressed like this!.
And, i know this is gonna sound really boring, but please keep focusing on the positive side!.!.!. If people keep asking about your problem, that's because they care about you!.
Try to be more open up to people around you!.!.!.

You are going through a state of depression!. When this happens you start cutting yourself!. You should talk to somebody about your problems before they get worse!. Try not to stay alone too much!. If it doesn't go away soon you should go get professional help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im really sorry you have been experiencing this kind of stuff!. i think you should just think posotive!. your the only one controlling your emotions and your life!. no one has truley ever found out "who they are" and most people are still learning!. even tho you have lost some friends try to get them back! focus on the great things about life! go to parties && have fun! when your happy and you start getting great grades your life will be better and you wont be sad anymore!. just try thinking posotive! if friends ask you to the movies or something GO WITH THEM! dont reject becuz ur life sucks or ur not in the mood or w/e!. just have fun and be yourself!. think posotive!Www@Answer-Health@Com
