Question: I think i need help from a mental health expert!.!?
in the past ive suffered from extreme anxiety and depression!. so severe that i needed professional help!. after years i finally began to move past these problems until recently!. in the last year or so ive began to have uncontrollable rage!. i get angry at people i dont know, for anything!. i have had physical altercations bc of this!. about 3 wks ago i suffered a major setback and slipped back into a state of depression!. i dont eat or sleep!.i wont leave my house unless it is absolutely necessary!.i dont want to spend time w/my friends and i wont date!.i spend time w/my daughter but im still not happy!. im never happy!. nothing helps!. i cry all the time!. im an emotional wreck!.i feel like i cant go on!.my ability to love and be happy is gone!.i dont know what to do anymore!.please someone tell me what i should do!? is something wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Much of your description is that of depression!. You can talk to a family doctor or a psychologist or a psychiatrist!. The medications they have out now are very good and would probably help you a lot!. (a psychologist won't be able to prescribe you anti-depressants!.!.!.)!.
If you are in the USA, every county has mental health services!. If you look in the front of the phone book they will be listed there!.

Yes, I would say that there is something that needs to be addressed in counseling and/or the use of medications!.
Are you taking medications now that may explain your recent outbursts!? Are you seeing a counselor!?
I would strongly, strongly recommend that you see someone and get your medications checked (if you are taking any at this time)!. Despite your obvious illness, you can be prosecuted and imprisioned if you hurt someone due to these outbursts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
