Well I pretty much talk to myself for about an hour before I goto bed every single night and also it's only in my room and I narrate anything that I do (playing video games, doing homework, etc!.!.)

I also talk to myself, "Self clarification" it could be named or thinking out loud!.!.!.as some like to call it!. i think as long as you know that you're talking to yourself, and not to someone who no one else can see or to someone who talks back to you that no one else can see, you are fine!.
