Why do I think like this?!
Question: Why do I think like this!?
For as long as I can remember, at least back in high school (i'm now going into my 4th year of college) i've always thought that when people do nice things for me or say nice things to me I always feel like they are lieing to me or just saying it to be nice!.
I know that they probably aren't but I just can't get rid of that feeling that they are, why do i keep thinking like this!?!?
i mean in high school my best friend of 6 years lied to me about some things and decided to be friends with other people and blow me off, but I was way over that like a long time ago!. Than just this last summer i had a boyfriend for 3 days and broke up with him, then 4 months after breaking up with him and not talking he started telling lies about me behind my back, could any other this contribute to my feelings!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People lie!. Chances are you lie sometimes too!. I think you react very strongly to the idea of betrayal, and when you have a relationship it is very important to you, so that a lie can completely shatter it!.!.!. I also see a rather poor level of self esteem, someone who thinks that if someone is being nice you can't possibly deserve it, so they must be lying!.!.!. How much do you know about yourself!? The better you know and define yourself, the less you are hurt when other people lie to you!. I don't think there's a human alive who won't be betrayed during their lifetimes; what's better is to find your security in yourself and not your relationships!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are nasty and vindictive people in all our lives and we learn who they are and act accordingly!. Sometimes we are caught off guard and those you thought of as Friends let you down!.
Decent honest and sensible people are burdened with having to pick these from our lives and cut them adrift as untrustworthy and this process makes us suspicious of everyone else who ever loved, liked or knew you!.
Try not to tar all with this brush and rise above what they do to the high level of decency to which you belong!.

Every thing that happens to you in your life effects you later in life!. You feel the way you do because your trust was broken!. Once broken is hard to win back!. I'm not saying that no one ever is trustworty!. Just be careful who you let in to your circle of friends!. It is better to have 1 good and trusted friend than 100 who are people you know!. It is by far the worst wound it that of a trusted friend or advisor who lets you fall than for one that holds you aloft!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's alright!. Not all people are like that, you'll find better people eventually!. It's just that you're finding love in all the wrong places, things will get better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
