Question: I feel depressed all the time and it makes me feel terrable what do i do!?
i'm so depressed that i cant eat anything or talk to anyone and my life just seems to be falling apart!. I just hate this feeling and i want it to go away!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been in your shoes several times!. I would recommend that you visit your primary care doctor!. make sure you tell them all of what you are experiencing, they will be able to refer you to a counselor and decide whether you need medication or not!. I know hwat you are going through and it is very difficcult to snap out of it on your own!. We need help from others sometimes!. Also try exercising as well Ive read it helps alot with depression!. But I think that yoiu really need to go to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know i cant give you an advice that oh go find something that wud make yer mood happy or think of happy tots cuz i know that wen yer in that situation you just cant do that!. however just try to let yerself feel that feeling but if you feel like ya cant take it anymore and you think yer personality is being affected and yer relationship towards ppl is being affected then try for a pshychiatrist!.

but if yer not that type of person who wud go for a pshychiatrist i guess you should first realize that they are there to help u w/ yer tots!. if you know deep inside that yer not crazy then good!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree u need to go to doctor sometime chemical imbalance in the body bring mood swings !. some time learn deep breathing and eat healthy food or take cold shower helps best is change Ur thoughts and try to live in the present moment !.If u think about past it is gone u can,t change a bit but u r loosing Ur present by thinking past if u r thinking about futUre it is not here yet so again u r loosing Ur present !. so why not live in the present and enjoy ur life!. what u can change is now!.so now while u r reading this do what makes u happy !.take few deep breath in and out and focus air going in focus air going out no thoughts!.u will feel better with this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
