Upsetting dream...help?!
Question: Upsetting dream!.!.!.help!?
My ex went behind my back, lied and copped out!. walked out without an explanation 9 months with another woman!. I just woke up dreaming about him and his family!. It was about all of us happy togther and ex was with his present gf who had unpleasant behavior!. It's probabaly just a dream but what irritates me why dream about my ex!. Yes, i miss him & think about him daily BUT i am doing my best and staying busy to avoid it!. I don't want to think of him!.

I totally took a dream interpreting session thing! I feel like I could help answer you! haha!. So I'm guessing that you an him were really close and possible in love!. It may be that he's in your dreams because you either still have minor feelings for him, you're afraid of/for him for some reason or you really have a strong resentment for him!. Your mind can take you anywhere while you sleep, but the people you dream about have to do with your emotions!. Dont worry though, it really is just a dream!. Dont read into it too much, okay!
