I feel so alone?!


Question: I feel so alone!?
i feel so alone - so down - so weak!.!.!.it is so hard to think, so hard to get up every day - this is my 6th day of hiding under the duvet!.!.!.i cant fight these feelings!. i know that i only have myself to blame as i have pushed everyone away - only so i didnt hurt them!.!.!.but right now i feel so alone and scared!. why do i do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

surely you realise how lucky you are to be alive!. make the most out of it!. it's a bad state of mind you're in but you can choose to change it!. don't be beaten by something inside of you!. choose to be happy!. enjoy some company, watch something you're familiar with!. drink something that relaxes you (not booze)!. go for a walk to your favourite spot!. have a friend visit you!. if you can't "fight the feelings" then lock them up!. you have to visualise the bad thoughts getting sucked into a room!. then when they're all in lock then erase the door!. never let them out again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kids killing kids, starvation, global warming, fuel and food shortages, child abuse, animal abuse!.
Stop dwelling in self pity and go and make a difference that will make you feel better about yourself!.
I have been into the black hole of depression and out the other side and I will tell you this sitting in a pit of pity and woe is me will only lead to people leaving you!. Laugh and the world laughs with you cry and you cry alone!.
You have a life, the luxury of a bloody bed and a computer, food to eat, fresh water!.!.!.!.what have you really got to be sad about!?!?!?
Only you can make your life better, don't expect others to put their life on hold while you do!
btw I have lost both of my parents and was born with a heart condition, I have suffered at the hands of men and become stronger to spite every last person that has hurt me!.!.!.are you a victim or surviver!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why have you pushed everyone away!? What have you done (or didn't do) that makes you think you'll hurt anyone if you get close!? Isolation is a choice based on feelings, and not often on reality!. When you feel isolated, the truth is, you have set yourself aside!. Find out why you've done this, then work on the problem!. If it's something you've done, apologize to those you've hurt!. If they won't accept your apology, then move on, making sure you don't continue the action that separated you from the one(s) you've hurt!. Life is a learning experience, and unfortunately, we learn more from our mistakes, than from listening to those who've been there, done that!. I've actually heard people say they'd rather make their own mistakes than to take advice from someone else!. Not always the brightest idea in the box!. So, since you've pushed everyone away, you need to get to that point where you're ready to "deal" with whatever you've done, then get over it!. Yeah, you can!. If you've done something illegal, then report it to whoever can get you the help you need!. Life is too short to hide under the covers!. Besides, someone always finds us and jerks them off!. Step up and take responsibility, do the work, then move on!. hi Ive not been feel in too good just moved to England leaving all family and friends behind i cry ed for days and days Ive put on stone of weight was so upset , but then i realised only i could pull myself out of it and that i am a Strong person , think of yesterday as the past and tomorrow as the future say to yourself tomorrow thinks are going to be different get up shower go for a walk get out of house you only live once just think there are so many people worst of than you self even though you may not think so, live your life each day as if its your last enjoy yourself , i can honestly say that things can only get better for you , there is no need to be scared there are so many people trained to help you over come this please don't sink any lower its not to late for you to change your life around , hope this helps you if you need to talk to ant one become my friend on here I'm not trained to give you advice but i sort of know how you feel now alone and scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my mum and dad have split up a few months ago i did the same went to work went straight to my bedroom without speaking to anyone!. i found it difficult to get up and talk to people around me!. i eventually went to the doctors and told them everything it really did work!. why dont you try go to the doctors or talk to a friend you can trust!. just believe in yourself and tell yourself you are special because you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thank god this was posted!.!.!. i am on my 5th day of sitting on my own and the door locked, keeping out those who care about me!. I am disabled which of course affects my daily life but usually i can shake it of when it starts to get me down!.
Things are very close to going pear shaped but i have an appointment with doctor 2mrw!. I keep thinking i wish i had done myself in years ago but then i wouldn't have read these responses!. Everyone feels miserable at times i see, reading these has helped me so i hope this can help u!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know this is not the answer you are looking for but if you could
get down to your local hospital and see the people who is to late to do anything about there lives or carnt fight anymore to keep living including children maybe you will see your life in a difrent way
speak with your friends thy may understand you better or even help you see your doctor ask for help its a start

Not being able to get up in the morning is one of the criteria for a model of mental health!.
You probably do it because you feel that staying in bed will stop you from having to face your problems!. It won't!.
You need to make sure you get out!. Even if it's just for a walk!. Try and get out for at least once a day and for at least an hour!. It will cheer you up a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like you are suffering from a bout of depression!. As much as you don't want to talk to someone right now, you need to speak to someone!. Your depression could be a physical condition as well!. There is nothing wrong with seeking help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't you go to doc - you need anti-depressants - but be careful which they give you!

you need family and friends a round you go out for a walk you could also go and see your doctor you may need some counselling life is hard for every one !. get out and a bout it will make you feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
