Question: HELP Now !!! PLEASE!?
Ok i might has a slight problem of not eating but i think im going to pass out and in the future how do you stop yourself from fainting!.!.!.please don't give me lectures on how not eating is bad and that im already under weight i know i just need to know how not to faint !?!?!?!?!?!?

you cant stop yourself from not fainting when you have no food inside you!. but when you do just put your head between your knees and take some deep breaths

Water is the first solution that comes to mind!.
Secondly - the body can go quite a while without food and gets incredibly efficient!. In fact contrary to popular advice you're probably closer to the ideal diet!.

That said you still need to give your body the proper nutrition and building blocks!. You can do this WITHOUT adding a lot of calories or fat to your diet!.

I suggest you experiment with green leafy vegetables and salads, experiment with what you like!. Salads provide an abundance of energy and nutrients and are very low in calories!.

Think of it logically - your body needs energy to operate!. Without it - how can it produce more energy!? The key to having lots of energy while still maintaining a great physique is in the fuel you use to create your body's energy!.

drink lots and lots of water; whenever you feel like you're going to pass out, drink a glass of water or chew on an ice cube!. the ice is good because it keeps your mind off of the hunger!.

also, for when you absolutely NEED to eat, yogurt is a good choice--it's fat free, really low in calories, and some of them are sugar-free also!.
