Question: Have i got rapid cycling,i have bi polar disorder!.!?
about 3 weeks ago i would say my mood was quite normal then it started to get low!.i dont want to talk or see anyone as i feel so bad,today i have felt unwell and slept a lot,usually i do things i enjoy but i just have not got the energy,is this rapid cycling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've already switched, including hypo/manic, four times this year, then yes!. If not, then no!. Rapid cycling is switching four or more times in a year per DSM, the psychiatric diagnostic bible!.
What you describe sounds like a shift to depression!. Call your doc before you slide down more!. It's often easier to stop the episode before it really gets rolling, at least in my experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be!. If it's been like this for a while I suggest you go to see a doctor!. Don't be embarissed!. Thousands of people go regarding this kinda stuff each year and they are really helpfull!. XXXWww@Answer-Health@Com
it's only rapid cycling if you are manic also and you cycle between the two over the course of months or even weeks!. You could have normal depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
