Is it logical to fear your future as a result of your past?!

Question: Is it logical to fear your future as a result of your past!?
People always tell me that I worry too much & dwell on the past & the "negative"!. I'm afraid of my future life because of what happened to me before!. As you know, the world is getting worse & worse by the MINUTE!. People are becoming more & more cruel & getting away with it!.

Every time I plan for the future, it never turns out the way I want it!. So eventually, I feel like it's pointless for me to plan for the future, & that I should just let whatever happens happen!. It's making me quite depressed!. I'm 24, mentally ill with OCD, anxiety, Tourette's, & depression!. I have my BA degree in Spanish, & I'm still not fluent!. I don't have the $$ or resources to travel & immerse myself into foreign cultures & countries!.

Many people my age & even YOUNGER, own businesses, are married with kids, nice cars, a HOUSE, etc!. Here, I'm just barely surviving on disability checks, in HUGE student loan debt, single, no kids, very limited social life, no car!. Good thing I have my own apt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is definitely logical to fear your future as a result of your past!. But can you learn from and get ideas from your past to avoid a scary future!? In other words, don't forget the lessons you've learned!. Don't forget who you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all you describe is a kind of frustration everyone has!.
