Do I need therapy?!


Question: Do I need therapy!?
I have so many thoughts going in and out of my head!. I have an amazing life!. I only have 2 things in my life that I stress out because it has to do with me and that is because I am going through some health problems and the second thing is trying to finish my college career!. I have about a million other things I stress out about but they all have nothing to do with me!. They have to do with my boyfriend leaving and wanting some space because he is going through some life problems that he doens't want me to be any part of so we are taking a break right now!. A couple other things I stress out about are my mom's relationship with my step-dad that isn't going 100% and then my younger brother is making bad decisions and then I am also stressed out about my dad and his opinion on things!.!.!.!.so do you think I need to see someone!? I just feel so stressed & I have always been a happy person and I still am but I feel like it's forced now!. I am slowly becoming depressed & want to get something 4 itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Paxil can be prescibed my your regular doc!. He also may be able to recommend some free support groups!. Any enviorment of people to vent to is always helpful!. I have had anxiety for 8 years and online chat rooms have helped me more then anything!. Its a tight nit group believe it or not!. Hey!. i feel u!. i go through the same crap here in my house so many things that goes on with my family I think u should relax a little, sit and think about ur health cuz it's the most important thing 4 every person, then just find out a way to not let everything affect u the way it's afecting!.

Hi Lacey!. You need to distance yourself from all these other problems and concentrate on your own needs first!. First make yourself strong so then you can help others with the strengh you have found!. By all means seek help with the mental health services to achieve this aim but someone needs to remain strong in this and hey! why can that not be you!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really wouldn't go straight to medication! If you need someone to talk to just call an old friend or someone who you don't have to pay! Everyone has life issues but you must work through them like everything else!. good luck!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most colleges have mental health counselors on campus for stressed students!. Your money is already paying their bills so why not pop in for a visit!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Paxil or any antidepressant are only prescribed by your doctor and not even so easily unless you are really in bad shape!. Counseling is the first step and then he/she will tell you if you need medication!.
Stress can lead into depressing mood and can be dangerous!.
Therapy even with health insurance is kind of expensive depend on your plan!.
Find a close friend and open up; talking and venting will probably help or connect with a pal online and chat but never let your personal info slip away!.!.!.!. (where u live/ph # and all that)!.

If you're Christian, you can always pray to your Heavenly Father!. If you have a desire to know what to do and be willing to do according to His will, he can help you!. Just have some faith!. Something will come to you!.
Otherwise, you could always aks around for different therepy places to check the costs!. Also just let it all out to a really close someone!.
