Question: Back to control!?
i ve written b4 some days about being out of control and still didnt think of going to professional yet i m trying to solve it alone
today i ve went to shop and baught all 0%fat stuff and i m starting to cut on laxitves i just eat crackers ,fat free stuff and low fat rice crackers low fat pop corn ,,
and that sorta of things ,,and at meals i eat protin and whole grain stuff ,,i think i m getting better ,,i drink lots of water but i still have dizziness and i feel sometimes like i m going to drop ,,i hope nothing is seriousWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey natasha!.just one question!.i have been following your problem but can you elabarate on something for me and then i can answer your question propley!.are you starving yourself to be thin because obviously looking at your body mass you are under weight or do you not want to eat for other reasons because we all assume someone who doesnt eat is anorexic but their can be other reasons why they dont eat!.i would of asked you this privately but you dont except emails!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't sound too good ( the diet)!. Maybe it's time you did get help, if not from a parent maybe your doctor!. Nothing to be ashamed of, but crutial to your wellbeing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
