Help with anxiety?!
Question: Help with anxiety!?
My end of semester uni exams are next week and im stressing and am feeling very anxious!. Last year exams i had panic attacks i dont want to have panic attacks again over these exams!. I didnt see a dr about it last year but they seem to go away as soon as im out of the situation im stressing about!. Im starting to stress alot now and i feel as though the panic attacks are going to start again!. Is there anything i can do to calm myself!? Do i need to see someone about it!? I seem to only get anxiety about my exams not day to day life in general!. Does it sound like i have some type of anxiety disorder!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be an anxiety disorder, and then again it could be that you just have test anxiety!. Seems you are just overwhelmed and need to just go with the flow!. Remember you can only do the best you can do, and no one expects more then that!. But if you notice that it happens in other situations that dont involve tests, then you may want to speak to a profession about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it just sounds like stress from exams!. calm down!. take a hot bath or shower and relax a bit!. i'd recommend a slightly lighter course load in the future-not worth making yourself ill over it!.

sounds like you are just stressed and overwhelmed by the situation!.!.!.!.try to study in a regular basis, ahead of time before exams ,dont wait until the last minute!.!.!.dont drink much caffeine,get enough sleep!.!.!.!.dont push other situations that could give you more stress!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
