I put myself into another person's place, I think!. Trying to figure out how it felt when you did this to someone else, but how you felt at the same time!. For instance, if you decided you didn't like your boyfriend anymore, but he loved you more than air, and you decided to kick him to the curb!. You felt okay because you didn't want him there anymore!. There is nothing wrong with that, however, your boyfriend suffered because he was so in "love"!. I think I could explain this to you better if I could talk to you!. I wish I could!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel like crying then cry!. It's the best way to get all of that stuff out of you!.
If it's an issue with a person, then write a letter pour your heart out and tell them what you think of them!.!.!.!.then throw it away !!! you will feel better I promise!. I wrote my molester a long hateful letter to that scumbag for what he did to me as a child and I feel sooo much better! hope that helps sweetie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's kinda funny how i handle them, i have this huge blow up doll and i beat it up every time something happens in my life that's drastic!. poor guy is SO beat up!. it's help full!. or i attack my couch!. go for jogs, walks etc!.

I just like to keep them off my mind!.

I don't find it helpful to vent out loud, so I typically keep a journal and write until my hand gets tired!. Another thing!.!.!. I absolutely love running!. !.So lately, I've taken up going on long runs at night to clear my mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually let my emotions out!.!.!. takes a few minutes, but I feel much better afterwards!.

Exceptions!? Yes, I never aim my emotional releases at anyone, and I control my emotions when I'm driving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
