Answers:
Colleges are not too concerned with your social life, they just have so much room for freshmen and, based on a first-come, first-serve basis, you just want to get accepted!. You need those good grades to qualify!.
College life is a very social atmosphere!. Long lines, domitories, cafeterias, registration, everything is a long drawn-out process!. If you think you have a social phobia now, wait 'til you get there!. You definitely need to get on some meds and start learning to cope now!.
The meds do work, but you have to take them as prescribed and learn to relax!. You can learn to calm down, but more importantly you can learn to understand what it is that sets you off!. Knowledge is power!. Learning to see yourself objectively and to disassociate from the triggers that get you started on another episode mean everything!.
The meds alone are not a cure, but the self-knowledge you gain means everything!. You don't have to change, you don't have to learn to toughen up, you just learn to understand yourself and not act out on it!. More often than not, the biggest problem is self-condemnation!. No matter how impressive you want to be, just accepting yourself as you are is the hardest lesson to learn!. Whatever your goals, whatever your objective, that means more than anything!.
Words mean so much when something is upsetting you!. Learning to see it objectively has the power to let you stop reacting and move on to something more important!. But if you let every little thing distract you, it's hard to stay focused!. This is probably the most valuable lesson to learn!. You are bigger than th problem!. It doesn't ever have to become so monumental that you feel so small it overwhelms you!.
You have learned a conditioned response, and now you have to un-learn the conditioning!. Why do you do this!? You will want to have enough quiet time to address this and give some thought to what motivates you so you can learn to leave it well enough alone!. A drug that will calm you down to make this assessment has all the power you need to un-learn and re-learn a new way!.
Feel all you want to feel!. Be all you want to be , but let your good intentions win out over everything else!. Negativity is not a solution to anything, it's just a reaction!. Let those negative reactions subside and find a better way!. It doesn't make a different person out of you, but you might learn to be happy just accepting yourself as you are!. If you can handle that, you should come out a winner!.
You need a college degree!. Let that guide you!. Little by little, it gets better and before you know it, you are on your way!. I hope this does work out well for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My 25 yr!. old daughter is dealing with an anxiety disorder also!. I know that you need help NOW, it will only get worse!. You have a door open in your mind that allows this to come out, and until you can get it shut tight, it will keep you consumed with it!. It will progress!. This is how people become agoraphobic!.
You can seek help from a Dr!. (pshchiatrist, psychologist, etc, they will counsel you, and recommend, prescribe the right med for you!. There are different meds that will help, if one doesn`t work, try again until it`s right!. Find group support, this is very important, and very helpful to know just how many people deal with the same thing!. You won`t feel alone, because you are not!.
I was amazed at the volume of people from all walks are hiding this every day!. Good luck! (get help now!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are some good meds out there for treating anxiety such as Paxil!. It worked great for me but I have now learned to control my anxiety by limiting my caffiene intake, eating right and getting plenty of sleep!. The meds are good but there are some side effects, as there are with many medications!. There are some meds that are fast acting that can be used if you feel a panic attack coming on also!. Tranxene, which is in the Valium family is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

medicines should help you!.

In general, anxiety disorders are treated with medication, specific types of psychotherapy, or both!. Treatment choices depend on the problem and the person
