in the rare instances that it has subsided I felt 'different' and I recognized the circumstances as significant, the first time I remember the relief of the anxiety subsiding was early in the morning during Christmas stand down aboard the ship I was serving aboard in the navy, the constant hustle was gone the majority of the crew was on leave, there was a quite stillness to the air from a fresh heavy snow!.

I am cloister phobic often and started feeling like I'd have a panic attack on the metro subway!. I hadn't been on one for years!. I somehow managed to calm myself down but at first I wanted to run for the door before it shut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
