Health and Panic attacks?!
Question: Health and Panic attacks!?
I have panic attacks when I start thinking about something that tends to upset me!. And they last for hours gradually going away!. I also tend to cut myself when I have these and I'm not sure why I don't much care to die by no means!. How can I deal with this when I'm already one Zoloft because my doctor thinks I'm fainting from hyperventilating do to these attacks!? Its getting out of hand and I need some ways to deal with this thought process that keeps happening!. What can cause panic attacks and how do you prevent them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you seeing a therapist regularly!? This sounds pretty serious!. My doctor put me on Lexapro and Xanax and it has really helped!. I just started with a therapist and he tells me ways to cope with the attacks, each visit!. Flexing your muscles for 8 seconds each, starting at your feet helps!. Also, focus on one tiny object and take deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth!. This helps a little too!. Are you on anything like xanax!? You really need to be!. It's addictive, but at your stage I think you need it!. Get enrolled with a therapist and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
