I feel so down?!


Question: I feel so down!?
For the past couple of weeks i have been feeling really down and depressed!.!.!.!.Any advice on how to be happy again!?!?!.!.cuz i cant take much more of this!.!.!.thks xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, I am sorry you have this black cloud hanging over you!. It is horrible when that happens but try and turn it into a positive!.

Sit down with pen/paper and think about what it is about your life/circumstances etc that is making you sad/down etc

If it is practical things school/work etc then think about what you can do to make things better!.

If it is feeling related then write write write about how you feel, why, what it is that is upsetting you etc

We all have these spells and although that does not make it easy, just start using them as your body/soul's way of spurring you into action!.!.

Oh and do write down ALL the things you need to count as your blessings too!.!.

Failing that do some voluntary work for people less fortunate - nothing like comparing your lot to make you feel happy!

well you should try to think what is the reason of you depression and then try to make things that make you happy, like for example mmm!.!.!.
go to the movies or to skate or whatever that doesn't leave you time to be depressed!.

embrace god in your heart and understand that live is not forever ,,one day you will end it in away or another so why being so sad about things
depression is an illness if you cant think positivly then go to shrink but i would suggest that you feed your soul
i think most people lost connection with god thats why they feel that low and down
its in our nature that we need to be humble to god and ask him always for mercy and things we cant get without his help so put this in mind,,
and if you do both it will be great for you ,,
try to help people
try to see people that have crises and really have an issue to cope with ,,,,you will feel grateful

you will be happy just be positive, be around family and friends that can comfort you, treat yourself!.!.!.HAVE FUN, YOU DESERVE TO BE HAPPY! do not be depressed open up and release your loving energy, because if you are happy then those around you will be happy!

Ah hun!. look i suffer with highs and low but the most important thing is to start doing something that you will enjoy doing!. maybe treat yourself to a good book it will take your mind off whats making you feel so down!. you have to find happiness from within you no one else can make you feel happy ,if your really down go and speak to your GP,or any GP!.and they will give you some support!.remember we are always here to boost you up lol xxxxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have this same problem too at times, one thing I find that helps is taking relaxation pills!. Most people are unsure of this idea because they hear about people abusing more serious pills like Xanax!. However, there are less serious non prescription pills that work too!. What I have been taking lately is something called Absolute Calm!. I suggest you try it out!. Here's a link to where u can get it:
