Well there can be several things that might be wrong including both mentally and physically!. Some people get very depressed and therefore lack energy to do things!. But of the physical things that can be wrong, well you might have a sleep issue such as sleep apnea or insomnia!. Have you ever been told that you snore loudly or stop breathing and then gasp to catch your breath again!? It's not just overweight men with short necks who get it, women get it too and it's usually from a small mouth and a recessed chin!. If you suspect this, please get a sleep study done because it can be treated, and once treated you'll feel great when you wake up compared to waking up feeling like you haven't slept at all!. Or you might have Anemia, many women get this low iron!. To help you might increase eating dark leafy veggies like spinach, etc or take a women's multi vitamin with extra iron daily!. PLEASE see your family doctor ASAP and get a very thorough lab testing to see if you are off on anything, and if you suspect sleep apnea tell your doctor this!. If you healthy and your health exam comes out normal, try exercising on a regular basis, this will help you too gain energy!. Start with something very easy like brisk walking for about 20 to 30 minutes daily and work your way up in the distance you cover and then maybe also to the type of activity you do!. Exercise is proven to give back energy, help you concentrate and make you less sleepy!. Go for a walk or a run it will help a lot!. It sounds stupid that exercise which is tiring would give you energy but it does!Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise, drink coffee or red bull!. if ur not sleeping enough get some sleeping pills from your doctor!. sometimes u should just drink more water to keep yourself more hydrated!. maybe ur dehyrated and when ur dehyrated u get tired easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
