Well, it simple, next time you put in one for menatl health reasons!.!.!. and I can see that being an issue since they are not used as mich not unless your a threat!.!.!.!. but for your answer sake, new time you in one you need to dislodge your shoulder!.!.!. you know like Mel Gibson did in all his cop movies!. Once you pop it out!.!.!. and it will be vey painful,, you just bay pass out, so once you awake try and get your head under the first side strap!.!.!.!. this will in affect put your hand and arm behind your head near your back!.!.!.!. the pain will get even worse, but you will have play in your hands and you should be abled to feel the upper buckle or strap!. working it open will take some time but once you get it opne the jacket will come right off, now just pop you shoulder back and!.!.!.!. Oh what, dammit the door locked!

Your best chance is to secrete a spoon into your self!. if they have metal spoons, try and sharpen it, and if they have plastic spoons, break an edge (it's amazingly sharp) and star sawing!. Otherwise wait until they take it off and clap your hands over the guards ears as FAST as you can, and you may just kill him!. Or break the suckers neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
