I'm Emotionally confused?!


Question: I'm Emotionally confused!?
I don't feel love or compassion (Nice Emotions)!. The only Emotions i feel are Anger, Anxiety and Fear (**** Emotions)!. Could it be because i've never felt love or compassion from real people!? The only time i ever feel any heart felt feelings is when i'm watching a sad film!.

Can anyone relate and if so, what the hells wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aww nothing is wrong with you!. If you are able to feel emotion you are able to feel it all!.
You just don't feel certain ones, down to personal reasons!.
It sounds to me like maybe you're a bit too negative!.
Now i can be a huge cynic at times and go through days when all i feel is anger and coldness, sometimes i'm like a robot and just don't want to speak to anyway, but that's because of the negative mind set that i create!.
I like to be alone at times, not because i'm anti-social but because i trust myself and my opinion!.
I think you need to let more people in and you'll realise there are good people who can make you feel happy again, or love!.
It's all about who makes an impact in your life!.
You can empathise because you show emotion when watching films, but applying it to you life is different cause it sounds like you are blocking alot of stuff out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is very possible that if you never felt unconditional love from anyone in your life growing up, that you will have trouble having (or just expressing) those feelings for anyone around you!. Your anger is probably an expression of bitterness that no one ever loved you, and you feel "jipped" by the world!. The fact that you say you can feel some compassion when watching sad movies means that you are not "broken," you just need to find some compassionate people and maybe a better environment!.

You might want to find a pastor or counselor at a church or community center (these places are usually free) that you can talk to, and who may be able to help you work through your anger and anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mosts guys don't walk around feeling lovely!. I think if you can feel compassion while watching a film, then you can feel compassion in real life given the events!. If you have the capcity then all is well! Some people are less expressive with their emotions than others!. Wait until you fall in love :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are possibly depressed - have you always had feelings like these or is it just something recent!? Maybe you could try taking up a new sport or hobby and meeting some new people, it might be you just need something different in life to enable you to express yourself properly!. Do you ever shout or cry out loud!? This can help get things out of your system rather than bottling things up!. As an alternative approach maybe speaking to a psychologist could help you!.

Yes, I am going through it now!. Go to your doctor!. I felt the same!. I found out I had high anxiety, mid depression and high stress!. My doctor refered me to a psychologist who is going through with me how to have a more optomistic life, and its really helping!. You should give it a go, theres no point facing it alone when there is help out there!. Goodluck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your truly feeling this way and you want some help understanding yourself - try talking to a counselor - i know someone who was a lot like you and it was ruining his relationship with his family - once he got help and understood things a little better - he began opening up and was a much more enjoyable person to be aroundWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I can relate, but i have gotten over the no love feelings!. I feel them the most for my boyfriend, but i feel awkward saying i love you as a friend to my friends even though they can say it so easily!. and i am often anxious and angry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to think!.!. did somthing really upset you in the past!? is it somthing your still getting over!? ie a girl!? try and do a sport that is mentally challenging!.!. just sounds like you need to have some fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to write some poetry expressing how you feel!. Go to the poetry section on yahoo answers and you will find a lot of people have these same feelings as you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
