Please help - I am 15?!

Question: Please help - I am 15!?
Ok, so I am suffering from dipression quite badly!. I would like you to please answer my questions as thoroughly as possible!.

1!. My friend comes round my house that she has never been to before, and I always thought it was a special house, very loving caring and secrt like because no-one has been there before apart from my family!. My parents are split, but they still get on really well and I stay at both houses!. Now my friend came over uesterday to sleep at my house (the special one) and ever since she was here, I wanted her away from me!. It made me feel like she was making my house dirty, she wasn't physically but I felt like she was!. She wasn;t abusing my house but after she left, I felt like my house would not be the same and lost that touch!. I have got my GCSE's, so I am stressed, and problems at home such as parents splitting up!.!.!.

Why do I feel like she makes my house dirty!?
Is there a name for this condition/disease/depression!?

Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe what you're feeling is instinct - a gut feeling in the pit of your stomach!. After her visit there won't be anything you can see or touch that makes you feel that way - but maybe she's just not the one you felt like hanging out with or having around you at that point in time, on that particular day!. She didn't do anything and you didn't do anything!. Don't stress about your parents!. I have a 15 year old and I am split from my husband, but sometimes people just don't get along!. If we all got along perfectly, the world wouldn't move foward because we would all be happy right where we are - that's pretty boring! There are a lot of "friends" out there just waiting to meet you!. I had friends when I was 15, but I don't know where they are any more!. In my 20's and 30's I made new friends - but only 2 or 3 remain close to me!. Your parents splitting is not your fault - that's a two sided problem that just isn't yours!. I'm sorry you're in the middle, it isn't easy, but it will be okay one way or the other - really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going through a stressful time, but i think you need to go and see your doctor for some help before it gets any worse, also speak to your dad again and tell him how long it has been going on for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like depression, anxiety and possibly OCD - if you tell this to your doctor, then they will be able to help you :) Good luck xxxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are depressed for one!. Two your friend invaded a private world that was yours and you felt safe in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When stress is high in your life, the littlest things can get under your skin!. Maybe if there wasn't so much going on in your life, you might have felt differently!. You knew you'd have your GCSE's coming up a long while back!. And I imagine your parents splitting has been a long process too!. Even though the relationship between them is good, it can still be stressful/confusing/painful, etc!.

If you feel like you need to get it out and don't have the time to start counseling, try calling a 24 hour line : 800-273-talk is a good national one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
