Question: How do I answer these interview questions!?
I'm constantly screwing up these interviews, 1!. tell me about yourself 2!. where do I see myself in 3 years !. think of a time when i was a manager, but wasn't 4!. what are my values 4!. what if blah blah blah happend ect!.

I think we've all been down this horse-$**t road!
Every job I ever got, I always think of one thing!. They want their A** kissed! It never fails!
What you have to do is think the way they do!.
1!. Yourself!. Mention hard working, on time, dedicated, etc!.
2!. 3 Years!. Still with his horsesa** company!. In your chair A**hole! Tell them that you see your self with the company and that you would like to go as far as you can grow with the company!.
3!. Just explain that you were never a manager, but explain how you would be fair, and MAKE SURE you mention that your decisions would be right for the company!
4!. Values!. Mention you have a strong "work ethic" (i!.e!. you are a good slave!)
5!. Happenings!. Well just remember to tell them what they want to hear, but make it sound like its all fresh horses**t!. Not like you just scraped it off the street and handed it to him!

Write out a few answers to each question, but be honest so that it comes naturally to you during an interview!.

Think of characteristics that you'd want an employee to have if they worked for you, and think of what qualities you have, and how they can apply to the job you're applying for!. Most employers want hard working and enthusiastic employees that want to climb the ladder and be sucessful!. Everytime you're brushing your teeth or in the shower, repeat your own answers to those questions, and they'll be easy at the interview!.

1!. I am a self starter comitted to the job at hand!. I'm a hard worker and career minded!.
2!. In three years I see myself growing with a successful company!.
3!. Bull$hit question for sure!.
4!. My values are first and foremost honesty and integrity!.
5!. I would concentrate and devote myself to fixing the problem!.
You have to prepare yourself for all those dumb questions!. Sell yourself to the jacka$$ who's asking them!. Even if you act cheesy it's better than blankly staring at them with no answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
