Is this PND or normal?!


Question: Is this PND or normal!?
I have Anxiety and Disorder and Depression and panic attacks!. I had a serious breakdown 15 mths after having my first child!. My son is 3!.5 yrs old!. I've just had my daughter 4 mths ago!.
I'm feeling very overwhelmed and anxious!. I feel like if someone were to touch me I would shatter into pieces!. I just want to run!. I love my children and am very happily married but just feel dreadful!. I know what I am doing with my daughter as she is my 2nd but I feel so nervous and unconfident!. I know I'm doing just fine but I seem to need constant reassurance!.
I am taking 75mg Venlafaxine per day!.
What do you think!? Am I just exhusted/new mummy!? Or am I getting ill again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Speak to your Doctor about everything you are feeling!. You may be getting Ill again and why take a Chance that is happening!.
Your hormones may be acting up and making you feel so uptight and not confident!. You know your a good mother but you might be wondering if you are going to get sick again and that is making you worried!.

I'm not too familar with the medicine your taking!. Some of your problems may be associated with being a new mother!. Certainly your going to get anxious if you feel something is insecure regarding your children!. You seem to have a good lifewith a happy marriage!. Was it post partum depression!? I would go see a therapist right away before any of the symptons get worse! You may need an adjustment of the medicine your taking!. I wish luck and have strength you will get through this! go get some anti depressents go see a thirpist your going through post pardum depression and it is very normal after having a baby go take care of it befor it get worse cause you can have a mental brake down and anxiety isnt a good thing go gets some help get on some medication that will help with your depression and anxitey and maybe your medication isnt working and talk to your doctor about your symptumsWww@Answer-Health@Com
