I have problem with sleeping....where my energy comes from?!?!


Question: I have problem with sleeping!.!.!.!.where my energy comes from!?!!?
i nearly dont sleep at all!.i go to bed so late but still its not possible for me to sleep well!.my sleep is so light!.i wake up by every sounds that i hear!.it seems that im not sleeping at all!.when i sleep with so much try it just lasts 2 or 3 hours!.i really get tired of not sleeping!.my mind is full of alot of things that dont let me to sleep well!.im also so depressed and i have so much stress!. stress of breaking my relationship,about my future,about job everything!. im afraid of going out alone too!.i think something bad may happens to me!.i dont feel safe!.i think thats why i cant sleep!.can you tell me how i can sleep wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

It can be really tough not being able to shut off your brain!. Have you asked your mom what your sleep patterns were as a child!? This can give some insight as to whether or not this is a passing phase!. From there, you can decide if you're going to need the help of a dr!. to see you through this!.

My advice on the insomnia!? Although it's not for everyone, hypnosis is a rather logical answer to your problems!. Many people teach themselves the technique (I had no idea I was performing self-hypnosis until a clinial hypnotherapist told me I was)!. I remember needing SO bad to go to sleep, one evening!.!.!.I told myself that since my head was the most difficult part of my body to turn off-it'd be the last thing to shut down!. So, I started with my feet!.!.!.then my legs!.!.!.and so on!. And when I got to my head, I tried to almost make myself dream!. I could see things with my eyes closed (like visions), but I remember looking up at the clock many times before the alarm went off!. It was wierd, but it worked!. I felt like I had slept just fine!. Went I went to work that day, my boss (who was getting her license to become a clinical hypnotherapist) told me what I had done!. She says she gets paid $250 to teach people self-hypnosis!.

sounds like youre suffering from some kind of stress or depression, which involves low levels of serotonin!. i felt like that a few weeks ago, its annoying!

try some 5HTP pills, they boost serotonin, is the chemical in your brain that makes you feel alive and happy!. (but only one a day!. having too many wont make you feel an happier)

I recommend you talk with your doctor about your sleeping issues!. I went to mine and he was caring and listened!. He didn't prescribe me a "sleeping pill" but something to help my body relax and then I can go to sleep!. I think most of the time it's really in our minds and it's mind over body, right!? sometimes i battle with insomina too!. you listed all the normal things that get in the way of a goods nights rest such as stress and depression!. for me i will let it go several days to see if my body will finally fall into place!. one thing that helps me is to turn the clock around so you can not obess about what time it is or about how much sleep your not getting!. if this last more then 3-4 days you should def see a doctor to talk out ur stress and depression and made they can prescribe you something temporaily to help you sleep!. you def do not want to go to long not getting enuff sleep bc ur body and mind will start to such signs of fatigue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
