Depressed. =(?!


Question: Depressed!. =(!?
I've been feeling really down lately!.!. I keep thinking about death, and dying!.!.!. and how i'd die, suicide!.!.!. stuff like that!. =/
I don't know how to NOT think about it!.!. I think there is some head issues I need to sort out, almost at the point where i could just smash my head into a wall and not care!. Do I need to put myself into an insitution at all!? :S Help Please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are seriously considering suicide, and have a plan for it, then you definitely need to call some one and admit yourself for psychiatric care!.!.!.I'm really sorry you feel this way, you should try to be around friends or family, try to talk to them, but even if you don't just being around them will make you feel better (and its safer for you)!.!.!.!.whatever you're going through, its not the end of the world, you have to realize that even though you have problems, life goes on and things can and will change!.!.!.its up to you how you feel, and only you! No one else can take away your choice to feel and be happy, so take avantage of it!. Life is great! but its up to you and you alone to make it great! You dont have to be rich successful or well liked to love life!.!.!.the last thing you shold do is give up!.!.!. Rationalize your problems out, make yourself realize that in the grand scheme of things, none of your problems really matter, and who gives a sh*t what people think or do!.!.!.Its all about you!! ive been feeling the same way lately!. im goin thru some **** and i think about how if i died, it would take at least a week and a half to two weeks for anyone to find me!.!.!.!.depressing!. one thing that REALLY helps me, exercise! seriously, i just started working out everyday and im feeling so much better!. the things that used to get me down, i still think about them, but it almost doesnt bother me anymore!. im tellin ya, take a 30-45 min walk every night and you'll start feelin better!.

also consider your diet!. i get very moody and depressed when i dont eat right!. plenty of fruits and veggies everyday will really help!.

i STRONGLY do not recommend prescription drugs!. they do NOT help!. dont see a doctor, see a *counselor*! talking about whats stressing you out helps a lot, drugs make it worse!. ive been on lithium, prozac, zoloft, and xanax [i've had/have anxiety]!. drugs like that will only make you feel worse on account of all the side affects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like pretty severe depression, and is definitely worth talking to a doctor about!. Your general practitioner will do just fine!. They ask some questions to determine the severity of your depression and discuss treatment options with you!. Some things they may suggest are medication, counseling, dawn simulator therapy, exercise and dietary changes, lifestyle changes, etc!. There are a lot of variables in depression!. Its common, and very treatable!. I, myself, take medication for depression!. I dealt with it for a long time, and I'm glad that I went to see my doctor!. ive been depressed for five years and i used to bang my head into walls but i dont think its done me any good im not as clever as i used to be i dont know if its the head banging or the depression or both and theres not a day gone by where i dont think about killing myself!. and i have not had the courage yet to get help but i keep advising others im just to much of a coward dont be like me get help please!.

At the least, you need to talk to a doctor!. depression can be caused by a number of things, and if what you are feeling is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain, there are medications that will make you feel so much better!. You don't have to live this way, you can be happy again! There is help out there for you, so please take advantage of it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i feel the same way too!. sometimes i feel like getting hit by a car!. it sucks!. and the more that people tell me its going to be ok, the more i get mad and depressed!. Its hard thinking about how were all gonna die someday but it happens to everyone so your not alone!. we all die!. you just gotta live life one day at a time and try to survive!. sometimes when im depressed, i just make do something that is productive!.!.!.!.so ill forget about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are depressed and common signs of depression is feeling empty or boredom with life!. What you need is to socialize, outside!. Talk to your friends and go to the mall!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on how deppressed you are you may be able to just go to your doc and tell them you need help or if there is something particular that is making you depressed get away from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
