I'm glad you asked for help!. You did the right thing in doing so!. I think your parents do care!. They are taking you to get the help that you need!. To me that is validating what you told them!.

Right now your going through a lot of different emotions!. Along with the stress and anxiety you have a lot of fear and that's OK!. Your being very hard on yourself and when we do that, sometimes when people say things to us we feel like they don't care or just don't understand!. It makes us hear things in a hurtful way!. I also don't think your parent's think your stupid!. Please know that you aren't, remember you asked for help!.

The changes your dad was talking about is all things he would like to happen so he knows your safe!. He just wants you to know that you have a lot of hard work a head of you and these are the things that will change in order to help you!. I also think they might be a little afraid to!.

When you get to the Clinic tell the doctor your concerns, make a list of questions, do some research now before you go, it may help to be a little educated and may put you at ease!. As for the Therapist, you will be matched up with one that best suits your needs and if at anytime you feel it's not the right one, just tell them!. We all have the right to change doctors!.

Just give it a chance, even if you feel like this is not what you need!. These people are professionals and are educated in this area!. I wish you you all the best!.

Take care and don't give up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know the feeling when you say your parents are unsupportive of you!. But eating disorders are not fine!. They make your body tottally out of whack, and if you have kids they may inherit this from you!. What you should do is just talk to your parents about this!. Also, talk to your health teacher!. He/she can give you details of what happens to people with eating disorders!. I wish you the best of luck and hope all works out for you!. Remember that God made you the way you are for a reason, and you are perfect in your own way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should discuss your parents at the meeting or to an eating disorder specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your health has to come first!. Go to the clinic and see what happens!. Sometimes, your first therapist dose work out, so don't judge a book by it's cover!.

About the privileges I think it is better to live and miss them then to die and not be around for all the future privileges, fun stuff, and even the hard time that make you stronger!.

Maybe have your parents come in and talk to your therapist and explain what exactly what an eating disorder is, how it is and will affect you and stuff like that!. Your parents do love you and want the best for you, they're just in denial!. Sometimes hearing it from several professionals will get it in there heads!.

You are a brave person to do what you are doing, and I admire you very much!. I wish you the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
