Question: I'm haveing a bummer day!. Can some one please send me some prayers and cheering!?
Ok, here is the deal!. I know that it is my own doing, but I have been dealing with my severe depression and my house work has really slipped!. Now I am tring to pull together and get my place back in order but things are still really tough!. I have had a friend help!. But still needs a lot of work!. Please no more put downs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how it can be!. So don't beat yourself up!. There is a great website that really helped me through getting my house organized when I was really down and it is at Flylady!.net!. I promise it will make you laugh out loud! The best thing about the web site is all the information is free!. Just type it in and they will tell you how to begin!. They send you daily reminders of how to get your house in order and inspirational letters from others too!. It has been a God send for me!. By the way I send prayers and hugs your way!. So don't give up! You are so worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright, here's what i do!. Stop whatever you are doing!. Drop your shoulders and just relax your arms and chest!. Then take a long deep breath!. It gets your blood flowing so you can focus on one problem at a time!. and as for those bringing you down, i wish i could tell you to forget them, but i can't!. I can't forget the people who bring me down, but that's only because they are my "friends"!. If they aren't you friends then don't worry about them, Karma sucks my friend, and i firmly believe that they will get what they got coming to them!. As for the housework, Slow down a bit!.!.!.When you get everything figured out psychologically you can worry about that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If someone is putting you down they are fu$#nutts so move on from them!.!.!.!.just take it one room at a time, and don't put unrealistic expectations on yourself!.!.!.it didn't get this bad in one hour so how can it be fixed in hour or so!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it really isn't as bad as you think so just take a deep breath and chill!.!.!.!.get you a book on meditation like Buddhism or yoga!.!.!.!.you don't have to convert but they have prayers and meditation skills that will help!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never mind the people putting you down! Congratulations for doing something about the housework - it sure takes a lot of energy for the average person, let alone someone with depression!.
