Question: Am I delusional!?
About five minutes ago something round and furry touched my foot with a little black nose!. I think it was my cat's ghost because she died one year ago!. She ran out the door and I chased her into the kitchen!. My grandma also saw her but she passed through the window and looked at us as she turned into a ball of white light!. Am I delusional or have I seen a ghost!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, I don't think you're delusional!. People who are emotionally attached to something may think they're seeing something, or actually are seeing something!. Maybe it was your cat's ghost!. It all depends if you believe you saw it or not!. You said your grandmother saw it too, so maybe your cat is haunting you (in a good way)!. That usually happens to me!. If I'm thinking of a certain creature say I'm afraid of, then I'd just 'see' it there in my bedroom or something!. However it isn't really there, it's as I'm thinking so much about it I'd just see it there! As for your grandma, well this reminds me of my friend's grandma who claims her husband's spirit returns from beyond the grave to play his favourite song on the radio!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you don't have any other personality abnormalities and you've never seen any dillusions before, then it's probably a ghost, or some kind of illusion!. It might have been a trick of the mind, a sort of daydream, but you can't really be sure!. But i think it's pretty safe to say you're not crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
