Please Help me Anyone...I am desprate....?!

i know its a messed up stituation and the da seems kind of cold and clue less!. but they have to ask you thos ekind of questions!. ill go threw this with you stepp by step even though you know it cause it happend ok so bare with me!. first it happend then you did the right thing and turned him in!. then he got arrested then he was charged brought to a judge bail or no bail was set he was not allowed back to the home!. there s an order of pertection for you against him more then likely!. now your at the point of getting ready for trial!. because one of two reasons either the DA has offerd your brother a ples deal and he refused or the DA decided not to offer him a plea deal and is taking this straight to trial!. now in the mix of all of this the DA took the evidence that they have against your brother and brought it in front of a grand jury and the grandjury basically said yes you have enough evidence to charge him with the crime so the charges go to stay and were not droped!. now you are at the point of preping for trial!. where you have to talk to the Da and they have to ask you what seems like stupid or even painful questions!. or in which your brothers lawyers is goings be allot worse and ill explain that in a minute!. what the da is doing the da wants to know that emotionaly with every thing youve been through you still have at least a little fight left in you to get some justice!. they need to know that your still strong enough emotionally to handle what ever is thrown at you no matter what is said to you on that stand because in this country your brother has the right to fae his accuser wich would be you!. for you to look him in the face and say this is what you did to me and you disearve to go to prison for it!. your brother lawyers job the defense is to make you look bad and like its a lie!. the das job is to try and make sure that the jury or judgge knows and sees and beleaves the evidence over your brothers lawyer !. the da wants to put your brother in prison for you but not at the cost of you taking your own life !. so yes let the da know you have the thought of hurting your self any secret you keep from them coul dhurt you case!. you do need counsinling!. and they wont put you in a mental hospital!. heres what i can tell you for sure the first time your brither raped you he took a piec e of you rsoul and now that empty dirty feeling you have no matter how much you shower or much you cut your self how much you hurt your self in n e way!. it wont ever make you fell clean or whole!. you have to take back what he took from you, and by going forward with this trial by standing up and doing as much as youve already have done your already getting it back!. it wil be a long journey but you will be more complete then you have ever been when you are done!. all you have to do is breath!. i hoped this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
