Question: Please help me,(regarding sleep)!?
I am a boy of 15 and I am getting sleep only at 3 am!.I dont know why is that but I am feeling drowzee since 10 pm,This is happening to me daily since 2 weeks!.I am troubled with it!.After sleeping at nearly 3 am,I am waking up at my regular time that is 7:30 pm!.But is this sleep enough or I am suffering from a desease that decreases the duration of sleep or making me active!.Is there anyone who can answer why is this happening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Might just be insomnia!. I have insomnia and I take Lunesta 3mg @ bedtime to help with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a tv in your room, set the sleep timer, or cover up the tv completely when you come in to the room!.
Sometimes if you are stressed, or a bit depressed, you can stay awake thinking about the problems!.
I would not suspect you have a disease, this sounds mild, actually!.
Maybe school just ended, and you kind of miss your friends, or something, you might be feeling more lonely!.
This is a good time to take advantage of what you might want to do with your life - try to think of what actions you do now will affect you in 5, 10, 15_+ years!.
Be very physical during the day, get plenty of exercise, drink a lot of water!. You'll get over it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get this too and I am 20 now!! I just kind of ignored it now, I would remove all tvs, laptops and media from your room!. Try to avoid alcohol and caffeine, try to force yourself to get up at a set time!.!.!. presuming you're at school, wakeup around 8am and try to go to bed for 11pm, so you get at least 8 hours sleep!.!.!.

If this is constantly persisting, I would see a doctor for any advice or possible medication!. Even try taking rosemary in herbal tablets from any local drug store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure that you don't drink any caffeine after 4pm!.!. And get some sleepy-time tea and have a cup when you are ready for bed!.!. Also try reading , instead of TV at night !.!. It will make you sleepy!.!. If you still have problems , ask your parents or Dr if it would be OK to take some Melatonin!.!. You can get it at Walmart in the supplement isle!.!. Most reasons for not much sleep is stress,well for me at least (same age)!.That is definatly not enough sleep for a teenager as we need at least 8 hours you know cause were growing bla bla!.Try some natural herbs to help you sleep helped me loads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make your self tired during the day!Run workout clean house wash car just do something!. Stay away from caffeine even early in the day!.
