Embarrassing sleep talk.........help!?!


Question: Embarrassing sleep talk!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.help!!?
I have been trying to ask this question for awhile but no one has really given me a good answer!.!.!.!.!. I am going on a trip and any time i do that i sleep talk like crazy, if i am at home i dont do it though!. I am sleeping with 4 other people and it is soooo embarrassing!!! I know i should reduce stress (which is almost impossible while away from my family) and i should have a clear mind, how can i clear my mind and stop thinking about missing my family!? any information please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the retainer idea is great!. And the idea of doing yoga is great too!.
Eat well before you go to bed, do some yoga before bed and try to relax before going to bed!.
Don't forget to use the retainer so if you do speak, you will not be understood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhm!. i honestly dont know how to help you!.!.!. i used to sleep talk/walk when i was about 7 but it went away!. maybe you should but something over your mouth!? im sorry!.!.!. i just dont know what to tell you!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleep with a retainer in your mouth-you know like one of those tooth whitener things!. That will keep your words from being understood and as well maybe train you not to talk inyour sleep!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try yoga, and eat less junk food!. Also, if you can afford it, get a massage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
