Being a teen psychiatrist?!

Question: Being a teen psychiatrist!?
I'm only a freshman in high school (well, school's almost over, but!.!.) and I really think that this is the one job that I'd want to do!.

I was wondering if someone could give me information on what it's like to be one, some colleges to go to, how many years of med school you need to go to, average salaries, stuff like that!?

I know it's a lot, but I really think that this is what I want to do when I get older :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You can attend any university for your undergraduate studies!. (majoring in psychology or even biology) After that, you would apply for graduate school, ie: med school!. All together you're looking about around 10-12 years of schooling (4 years undergraduate studies, 6-8 for grad!. school)!. Once you've completed med school you would have to go through 13 years of residency, depending on what state you want to be licensed in!. Every state has it's own set of laws for that!. You can search online for more information!. A really good site to go to is the Occupational Outlook Handbook at http://www!.bls!.gov/search/ooh!.asp!?ct=OOHWww@Answer-Health@Com

Check the web, for APA!.org!. Your answers can be found there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
