Answers:
1!. Go somewhere and yell untill your throat hurts!. Than yell some more :) and realize how ridiculous it is to be angry and to yell!. And that by doing this first of all you hurt yourself, deliberately ruining your inner peacefulness!. Not letting ourselves controlled by impulses is a sign of evolution and intelligence!.

2!. I have to tell you that I admire the fact that you did accepted the fact that you have dificulties with keeping yourself calm, and that you even ask for advices!. GREAT STEP!

3!. Observe yourself!. Observe your breath!. All the time, at work, school, at home, while driving or watching TV!. Let your calm and rhitmic breath calm your mind!. Whenever you feel getting angry, focus on your breath!. Step behind yourself for a moment, observe yourself and your feelings!. Being angry is just an attitude, it is not YOU!. Attitudes belong to you, and they are controlled and set by you!. Set yourself free from their control and enjoy your life freely!

4!. Maybe you will get to the conclusion that you have the right to be angry for a certain thing!. That is ok, you do have the right to be angry when you have a good reason!. But, you don't have to let the anger to take control over you!.

5!. Only if it feels confortable: when you get angry, start breathing fast and deeper than usual!. Just concentrate on deepening and lenghtening your breath, and practice this until your body relaxes!.

6!. Another exercise: when getting angry, contract your hands and count to 10, than relax, contract your arms, count to 10, relax, go on with your shoulders, leggs, chest, abdomen, buttox, face, lips, eyeballs!. Then relax everything!.

7!. Your question reminded me about a story in which the disciple goes to his Zen master saying: "Master, I am so upset, I can not meditate, every time I try, I can not focus, I can not stay concentrated, my mind wonders away, I get upset and angry, it is terrible"!. The master says: "Don't wory, it will go away"!. After one week the disciple comes back "Master, I have great news, I am so peaceful and calm, I can focus and concentrate, I can control my thoughts, my meditation is going great!" The master: "Don't wory, it will go away"!.
I could write many more exercises and advices, but you can take even only one of them and practice it!. And if i keep talking, I would just bother your practice!. Good-luck!

P!.S!. Appologiez my English, still working on it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anger can be a sign of depression!. Depression is when you repress normal feelings!. Your anger may be a way of letting out all those feelings you keep bottled up!.

Focus on dealing with your depression and I think you will find that your anger problems will subside!.

Also, anger is a common reaction when we feel out of control of a situation!. It can be an attempt to regain control!. Just remember, that anger is healthy and normal, but how you react to that anger is the important part!. Accept your anger and identify what is out of your control that is making you so angry!. When you identify the problem, try to make a list of the things you CAN do to solve the problem!. Avoid reacting until you have completed these steps!.

It may help to write it down!. In fact, I strongly suggest that you do write it down!. It will make it much easier for you to work out your feelings than trying to muck it all out in your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
