Serious Problem..... Help!?!


Question: Serious Problem!.!.!.!.!. Help!!?
Okay I'm 20 and lately I've suffering from depression!.!.!.!.!.!. I talked to my doctor and he said I might have PMDD well my OBGYN put me on birth control to regulate my horomone level!. But it's not helping!.!.!.!.!. I still feel this horrible loneliness I don't know how to get over it!. I've though about hurting myself!.!.!. but I don't think I ever would!. I just want to be happy and it feels like the sad will never leave!. I don't know why I feel this way!. It's like if I don't have a friend with me every second I feel pathetic and I'm constantly worrying about if my friends don't like me or not!. My mom's talked about getting help but I don't know if I could actually explain this to someone if I was sitting in front of them face to face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you just said, I can really relate!. I fell into a depression about 11 yrs!. ago, and I found out that the type of environment I was in really had a big deal to do with it!. My boyfriend at the time was putting me through pure hell, my kids were asking for this and that, I was really going through it!. My doctor put me on Cymbalta, and I tried it for about 5 months and the effects of that was really making me depressed!. So, I started doing the things I like (by myself)!. We women, go through a lot, and our hormones play a big part in our mood swings, emotions, and our physical being!. I can only suggest changing your habits (environment), the foods you eat, get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep and exercise!. Don't worry about what people think of you!. People, friends and strangers come and go!. You see them today, tomorrow, next week, next year, and one day you won't see them at all!. It does sound like you are going through a depression!. Seek counseling which is confidential and eliminate other possibilities with a full medical exam!. It could be hormonal or physical!. It sounds like anxiety or depression from what your indicate!. Talk to a trusted friend or family member only if you feel comfortable talking about it with them!. Seek counseling!.

The person you are talking to is a trained medical professional and all you say is confidential!. This person is a pro and you are there for your benefit!. Allow yourself to share your personal feelings with the doctor!. It's no one's business but yours that you are seeing a professional!. Do what you have to do to have a peaceful and happy life!.

This isn't really a problem anyone can help with if you're not willing to sit down and explain it to someone!. You should keep working with your doctor, tell him the stuff he put you on hasn't worked!. You'll be able to work together and try different things until you find something that works!. It's also possible that this is about something going on in your life, in which case you would need to talk to a therapist about stuff!. At the very least, you should find a good friend that you can confide in about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get with friends alot!. Get a boyfriend!. They will lighten you up!. If your social alot you will increase ur chances of getting out of depression!. What are you waiting for!. Call your friends and get 2gether!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are suffering from depression a chemical embalance in your brain!. Many Americans suffer from this, you are not alone!. Talk to your doctor about getting on a anti-depressant!. Talking to someone would also help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
