Xanax is the worst!. !.5 (or 1/2) mg!. of Xanax is equal to 10 full milligrams of Valium!. Klonopin is somewhere in the middle!. People can become addicted to Xanax in THREE DAYS!. Addiction to benzodiazepines is far different than addiction to any other drug, legal or otherwise!. They can negatively affect your health, both mental and physical, LONG after you get off of them, and the withdrawal period can be truly horrific!. So bad that some people commit suicide!. You asked which is the strongest First of all it depends on how much of which med you are taking!. Generally I would say Xanax is the strongest, and most addictive of the meds you mentioned!. The problem is people easily develop tolerances to these meds!. Personally, I have seen in my work as a behavioral health tech that Xanax is the most dangerous and should be avoided Klonopin, I feel is the safest of the 3 meds you listed!. I will take Klonopin if having some added stress and therefore anxiety!.!.!. as little as 0!.25mg, with benefit!. I will take 0!.5 at bedtime occasionally to help with sleep!. I need to add that my psychiatrist has prescribed Klonopin for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
